Get an Account

If your clinic is already a MAVEN Project partner, complete this brief form to request your MAVEN Project account. NOTE: As we are currently transitioning to our new platform, new account requests will not be created until June  15, 2023.  Feel free to submit your requests and you will receive an email with further instructions once your account is live.

Learn the Ropes

Make sure you are getting the most from your MAVEN Project membership by learning about all we have to offer with one-on-one training.  Meet with your clinic’s Partnership Manager (CPM) for individual training, a quick refresher, or to ask a question.  Recorded video walkthroughs and written guides are also available in our Resources section.

Schedule Training
  • Meet your concierge to all things MAVEN – your Clinic Partnership Manager (CPM)!
  • Learn how to log onto the platform, submit e-consults, schedule video consults, register for educational sessions, and request a mentor.  Training takes less than 15 minutes!
  • Maximize the benefit of your MAVEN Project membership by taking advantage of everything MAVEN has to offer to support your clinical practice and wellbeing.

Medical Consults

Connect with a board-certified MAVEN Project volunteer physician in over 50 different medical specialties via synchronous and asynchronous modalities. Ask questions about challenging patients or general medical questions. No question is too small.

Submit a Consult
  • Connect to our volunteers via eConsult, Video Consult, or On-Demand Phone Consults.
  • Learn from the best and brightest – our volunteers have on average 35+ years of experience in their fields.
  • Guaranteed response to eConsults within 48 hours, average response time is less than 8 hours.

Educational Sessions

Attend a live, virtual education session on hot topics in primary care. Earn free CME while engaging with our volunteers and other MAVEN Project providers.

  • A minimum of eight live sessions are hosted monthly.
  • All live sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing as well.
  • Request custom talks for your clinic at the date and time of your choice and on the topic of your choice.

Engage in clinical or leadership mentoring with our experienced volunteer physicians. Expand your clinical knowledge or work through career challenges with support from our world-class volunteers.
